In celebration of World Book Week, the children in 3V have been undertaking a number of different literary activities this week. This afternoon, we paid a visit to the school library. Mrs Vaqueiro reminded the children how to use the library's reference system to find the books they wanted, and then everyone had a chance to borrow a book.
Once back at the classroom, we enjoyed some quiet reading time - a real luxury in an otherwise action-packed week!
On Friday, we will be visiting the main Evesham Library to learn how they organise their books, and find out how to become a member. Our libraries are a very precious national treasure, so let's make the most of them!
